Angad Budha is the Dolpa district unit chief of the Nepali Congress. The former UML member contested the second CA elections as an independent after the UML did not support his candidacy. But he could not secure a victory then. He then joined the Nepali Congress and established himself as a leader committed to fighting corruption.
